Say hello to Jaylah Young!
Born and raised in the Wenatchee Valley, Jaylah began competing in our Miss East Cascades program upon high school graduation. She is currently a member of the Spokane chapter of The Mockingbird Society, which aims to improve the lives of those in the foster care system and end youth homelessness through policy reform. She recently got to share her story and advocate for the importance of life skills resources for foster and homeless populations in front of Washington State legislators, policy makers, and congress.
